Work With Me

Collaborate with Me

I want to collaborate with other bloggers, sewers, canners, and other creatives. If you have a great idea, send me an email at jenny@thedomesticwildflower.com  I’m open to any arrangement that is true to the vision and mission of this site, summarized in my manifesto. I’m a team player and I live by the verse, “As iron sharpens iron, one [wo]man sharpens another.” If you want to work together on a post, a project, a creation, or using a product that is worth it’s weight in gold, let’s connect. Extra points go to small businesses, Ford Scholars, those just getting started, starting over, and starting to be amazing.

Become an Affiliate for my Courses

I have many courses ranging in price from $29 to $129 and I’d love to bring my courses to your audience. Being an affiliate means you choose one of my courses that your audience would LOVE and we work together to introduce me and the course to them. When your audience purchases a course, you make a commission. Pretty awesome, right? My courses are hosted on Teachable here: http://thedomesticwildflower.teachable.com

Sponsorship & Other Opportunities

The Domestic Wildflower is a blog devoted to handmade & homemade craft & food education. Specifically, I write about sewing tutorials geared toward frugal use of materials and uses beginner friendly techniques, canning recipes and instructions for those who may have never canned before, and DIY projects designed for the time, patience, and money pressed. The Domestic Wildflower is a resource for those who want to leave feeling inspired, encouraged and capable.

I am a junior high and community college English teacher, mother of two small children, and blogger living in the rural mountains of very Northern California. I hold a Master’s degree in English from National University and am a proud CSU Chico alumna. I am a consistent and devoted blogger, not missing a weekly post since the blog was born in April of 2015.

My writing has been featured in these places:
