Never Canned?

I love helping people learn how to can.

I mean it. And, I’m pretty dang good at it.

Canning is the process of preserving (saving) produce (fruits & veggies) in a glass mason jar to be enjoyed later. It is safe, satisfying, and is like cooking in advance. You might can jam, salsa, applesauce, pickles, tomato sauce, fruit juice, and more. After you preserve the produce in the jar, they can be kept on the shelf, for up to a year or more. The jars will be sealed and you can give jars of homemade, nourishing goodness to friends and family. And who wouldn’t love that!?

Here are all the ways I can help you get started, even if you have never boiled a pot of water in your life.

Here are some posts that you should read to help you understand what canning is about.
